• Orders from a court or regulatory authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any cash balance remaining (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the registered payment method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b22 platform:

• Allowing others to operate or selling your account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using the platform with the intent to harm other members.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on b22's systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors.
• Participating in match-fixing or sports manipulation.
